Our firm prefers niche distribution, biotech (later stage), manufacturing and service industries, targeting middle-market sized companies with a history of consistent profitability and an annual operating cash flow of at least $1.25 million.
Our company does not conduct transactions with business brokers and we do not participate in the funding of start-ups.
